so my band that is still nameless has a hsow on the 4th of august....ok i guess. i haven't hit hte nervous state yet but i am a little confused.
the girl skill share group is hopefully getting off the ground today. i am meeting with lindsay and beth. i'm not sure what we want but we can figure soemthing out with all of us together.
i read a good zine about the way we feel called threat warning. it talked about gilr-girl hate and jealousy and female misogyny. i am really onterested in it. i have been a girl that did not like other girls since jr. high. i was always just one of hte boys for the most part. now i am starting to see that maybe that wasn't so great for me. i litterally get uncomfortable around a lot of girls sometimes. my friend wants me to go to ladyfest with him and i think that will be a very odd situation.
i am now seeing the value in finding other girls that feel the same way and support them in their creative endeavors. so that is what i want to do. we shall see what happens.
