you know, seattle is weird. we went to some record stores in the u district today and i decided that tapes are where it's at. i'm serious. you can find awesoem tapes for super cheap in decent condition. i found the awesome batman soundtrack (the cool one that was done by danny elfman) and hte heather's soundtrack wich is kinda lame and is just the werid synth music but is cool to have cause it is my favorite movie. ialso found ALL-dot and she's my ex both un opened and on tape, how rad is that? i haven't heard eitehr in years. if i ever see that richard kid who i was seeing for awhile who used to make me listen to down by law non stop i'll give him the "she's my ex" tape cause he was always obsessed with mine on red vinyl.
we took a ferry over to bremerton and met my aunt and she took me and webs and joe and brian out to eat at this brewery where they had bottomless homemade rootbeet that was soo good. it was nice to see barbara and he news puppy shandy, she is such a cutie and we all went and played on a beach and poked sticks at dead jellyfish and sang dead milkmen songs about it... well, the boys poked the sticks and webs and i sang the songs but it was fun. we missed our ferry back and had to sit around for another hour. i fell asleep on the boat to brian and joe playing webs 20 questions.... i woke up to them playing twenty questions, i'm not sure if it was the same game.
i guess we are going to go check out singles going steady and someother record stores tomorrow. it has been awhile since i was actually excited about record stores. it's not that i have more money to spend or anything but i'm kind of interested in music again.
