hey i'm back. dija miss me? i have been a little anti computer the past few days. rode my bike around with joe and check the mail and finished the front to a quilt that i haven't decided what to do with yet. two days ago joe and i were at denny's and i was reading an awesome one night zine. (i love one night zines especially lauren's from chalant)i decided that i wanted to do my own and captured joe into my devices. we put together a little 1/8th legal split called "cars in the bike lane" it is pretty cute and sometimes funny. a coffee induced late night with typewriters and the boy i love. it is also brainscan #16
i was sick and the coffee didn't help.we were up till four and i spent the rest of the next day in my Pjs drinking tea thinking about how i was hanging out with korinna when she got out of school at 5.
i met korinna at the bus stop and we got burritos and then we got a shortcase of PBR and proceeded to talk and i decided that we should do a zine.so we did. two zines in two days one on coffee one on beer. what could be better. the one with korinna is called opposite day. you know, when someone says a bunch of stuff that isn't really true. but the zine isn't about that. i think my part got a little goofy with stories about when i was a kid and how my mom told me that we were eating ms. piggy when we were eating pork and now they wonder why i am vegan. korinna's part is more serious but sweet. it is 1/8 legal and brainscan #17! crazy
i don't relaly feel like writing i'm still in a hate computer stage. the past two nigths have been crazy and i think i should settle down and really try to make myself not sick anymore. more tea and stuff for me.
you can get both splits including brainscan #16/cars in the bike lane and #17/rock star with words no.2(opposite day) for $1 for both or two or three stamps or trade oh ya, they are both 32 pages each. i guess that is it for now. i may be reclusive for a while again.
i have all this crazy time that i don't know what to do with since my button parts aren't here. i can sew and watch movies like the video i got in sacramento on the old television show the prisioner that i saw on PBS as a teen age. that show is so fucked up but so cool too. the video i got for $5 describes all sorts of things about the show. i should do some screen printing while i'm at it. we shall see. jeremy says he is probably moving out soon. that means he is taking his dog ozzrick. ozzrick is so sweet. he is my favorite do in oregon. there was also a call from a person with a rental house for another housemate that i'm less happy with. that made my day.
so this really is it. joe has been looking really cute and hovering over me plaing records n stuff. i think he wants attention. just like a puppy.-alex
