from the top of shosh's apartment building we could see seven bridges, two freeways and three midway rides at the rose festival on the other side of the river. it was an amazing view of portland with the back drop of the west hills.
why do things always seem to look better from the rooftops?
apparently other people knew of this too and has taken the bench seat of a van up there an dset it in the best place for a view. next to the bench was a garbage can full of beer bottles. we were jsut drinking pabst but it was great. we talked and talked until it got cold.
that was sunday night. last night at the plaid pantry when i was buying beer with zach the lady checking my id said "oh, someone has a birhtday coming up" all enthusiastically. i jsut thoght it was funny.
today i worked and worked and worked. i have been working a lot lately. i do the button layouts and make the buttons. i answer e-mails about buttons and i answer my personal e-mail and microcosm e-mail and put all the online orders together and pack orders and it jsut seems to pile up. joe is out of town and i am more on top of things than last time. this is starting to make sense to me and i'm starting to organize things on my schedule. this is good.
